Adrift.
I am adrift.
I have my Andrea.
I have my Nicholas.
I have my dogs and cat.
My father needs me around.
I think my sister needs me around.
My responsibilities are sometimes crushing.
My job breaks my heart and my soul.
I have no clue about the future.
I feel so old and useless.
Nothing to offer.
Can’t retire.
Adrift.

Your commitment to those you love shows an inner strength that you may not always recognize. You have many wonderful things to offer to include, but not limited too, the wisdom and humor you bring to all those you train. And don’t forget, when you feel adrift,—there are always people on the shore ready to lend a hand. :)
For feelings of being adrift, try volunteering. It tends to get one unstuck
